Under Québec Law 25, the person responsible for protecting personal information is the Parai editor (contact@example.com).
What we collect
When you send news, an ad or a short: your name, phone/email, and the text, photos and videos you send. A one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to block abuse.
Why
Only to verify stories, contact you, invoice advertisers, and stop spam and attacks.
How long
Contact details of people who send news are deleted automatically 90 days after review. Advertiser billing details are kept as long as the law requires.
Photos and videos
Location (GPS) data in photos and videos is removed automatically.
Cookies
No tracking cookies while ads are off. Google ads load only after you agree. Parai’s own ad statistics use no cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to contact@example.com.
